Hello, everybody. This is Martha McCallum, and you are listening to the Untold Story podcast, which is always a great opportunity to dig a little bit deeper into some of the stories

that are really important for us to take a look at. And in one case,

I'm very glad to have this guest with us today because I've always wanted an opportunity to dig in

more with Dr. Robert Redfield, who was, of course, the CDC director during the first Trump

administration and was very instrumental in trying to figure

out what the heck was going on with the COVID pandemic, which changed our lives not only in

an immediate sense at that point, but I believe has had tremendous ripple effects across

society emotionally, psychologically, and of course,

with those whose health was affected by COVID and with some people, longer term COVID,

that continues to impact them. He was a member of the Coronavirus Task Force. He was on the Board

of Operation Warp Speed, which was a very successful

push to get the vaccines out into circulation so that we can all get a little bit back to our lives.
