And all three of those things are converging in a two-week ordeal of literal conspiracy theories about the post office.

And I feel sorry for the agency as a whole

because the post office has been given an impossible task.

We have given the post office a legal mandate to operate as an

autonomous self-funding business and every time it acts like a business Congress comes in and kneecaps any reforms which might drag it

We're forcing the post office to act as if mail and finances are the same as they were before email and it's been sinking
