Not long after I became Catholic, about three or four years, I recorded a series of talks on the

biblical and theological insights that led me to leave my ministry as a Presbyterian

pastor and be received into the Catholic Church. The series was published as five cassettes

entitled Answering Common Objections. It covers the big issues that come

up at least for us Protestants who are looking at the Catholic faith, things like Mary and

the Saints, the Pope, the Eucharist, and Purgatory.

Apart from the conversion story itself, this ended up becoming the single most widely

circulated series of talks that I ever did back in the 90s and there were over 400.
