Hello and welcome to the podcast, Lotus Cetus, episode 137. On today, the 7th of November

2024, we're back to business as usual, the first podcast following the victory of Donald Trump

at this election. And I'm joined today by Stelios and Boe, both of whom are exhausted. Everybody's exhausted. The entire office is

basically an overnight sleepover, still going up to right now. Everybody's very, very sleepy,

got their pillows, got their favorite blankets and all of their teddy bears. And today we're

going to be talking about the completely sane and reasonable reactions to Trump's victory.

I'm going to be talking about why it was that the Democrats lost, and then we're going to end up with

where the Democrats go next. There's not as much to talk about with Trump as it stands right now,

if only because of the fact that, well, we've got a few months to see how events play out,

and then we've got January when he's going to be ushered in.

So we'll see how it all goes until then.
