Hi, I'm Dave.

0:20.7

I've been walking for fitness since

0:22.2

2013 averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now and would love to have you join me for the

0:29.9

1:57.8

It's time to get up.

1:59.4

Time to get moving.

2:09.7

2:21.2

walk for about 10 minutes, sometimes 15 before I press record and begin doing this. And as I was

2:31.9

walking before recording was thinking about thinking about what is it about these early morning walks that I really love?
