heard me talk about my love of cities and exploring cities on foot. When we lived in Maryland, we had opportunities because we lived so close to some of the

greatest cities in the world, Washington, D.C., from our driveway to Union Station, on a Saturday

morning was less than an hour, and then I would spend spend the day or at least part of the day

walking around D.C. We were close to Philadelphia, close to Williamsburg, and we were a three-hour

drive away from New York. Had quite a few opportunities to go to Manhattan with people I love with my kids, Ava, friends, spending.

Often it would just be a day in New York, but there were a few opportunities that we took

advantage of where we would spend a night or a couple of nights in Manhattan.

Five years ago, I took my youngest daughter, Emma, up to Manhattan. It was her

first time in New York City. We took one of those buses. Got a really early morning bus.

It was not expensive. It's a round trip. So I think we left around 7.30 in the morning.

Dropped us off Midtown Manhattan between 1030 and 11 and we had until, I think it was

630 or so when we got back on the bus and it brought us home. So we had a lot of time,

about eight hours to spend exploring Manhattan. And I had done this

before. It was my first rodeo. But M&I did it a little differently than I had done it with my other

kids. Normally, again, we would either take the bus or occasionally I would drive into Midtown Manhattan,
