I have the pleasure of having with me today two of the authors, Janrakopuli and Vauders Fiesen.

Thanks very much for having us over to speak on this new survey.

So in the survey, it started with the first wave.

And it's the first attempt to really take a fully random sample

of European working age people and look at what the prevalence is of in the network

and platform work across Europe. So we go much into technical detail in the paper about why it's

necessary to do the survey the way we do it. But the main reason for the way we do it, survey and why this is important,

and we are able to do that method,

get a really good idea of how extensive the spread of Internet and platform work is across Europe,

and then who does this type of work,

which is important because it's been a lot in the news,

and there's a lot of debate, and actually a lot of the time we're guessing important because it's been a lot in the news and there's a lot of a debate.
