Praise God. If you got your Bible this evening turn, please, to Luke the 12th chapter again.

Luke 12, Jesus is speaking. And he told us in verse 22, Luke 12, 22, Jesus said, therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, neither for the body what you shall put on.

What Jesus tell us to do?

Take no thought, talking about anxious thought

worried thought

fearful thought

the idea of where are we going to get it from

how are we going to get it

and being troubled by it

the master told us not to do that

so what should we do So what should we do?

Now, you know, an issue that I have with some of the modern translations is that they have put the word try in a number of verses.

Have you noticed that?

Try to do this. try to do that.

That is not in the scriptures.

That is absolutely wrong.

The Lord never told you to try anything.

And he never will.

Why?

Because before he told you to do it, he knew whether you could do it or not.

And he wouldn't tell you to do something you couldn't do.

He had already know, so he wouldn't have told you.
