Just for those of you who have never been to the show before, maybe it's your first time

I have struggled with my weight my entire life.

I had been overweight since elementary school and continued to gain weight.

I had a binge eating issue starting around ages 8 to 9.

I hit my all-time highest weight of over 300 pounds in my 30s and then I have spent

tons of times dieting, bingeing, regaining and I have shared the story so often I am

giving you the short clip notes version but when I hit my highest weight in my 30s, what

I realized was what I had done in the past did not work.

The restriction led to binge eating.

I never made binge eating my focus so thus it continued.

And I realized that if I ever really wanted to change my life and subsequently help my

kids with their relationship with food, I had to work on myself and I had to make some

So I focused on habits going for a walk, adding investibles, doing very small subtle things
