I did know I was going to release this episode to be quite honest with you. We were so fortunate not only was Carolina willing to be coached long-term around her binge eating issues and prioritize that overweight loss, but she was actually willing to come on for a live Q&A session in November of 2022.

That got recorded and it was after our coaching had ended so it was really cool to get to hear how things transitioned for her, what improved, what changes she saw.

I'm struggling with food. I'm compulsive with food. I can't stop. Just listen to today's episode and all I'm asking, take a little bit of hope from it.

That even though you might be where Carolina was at the beginning of her journey and hearing where she is today, you have that same opportunity. You can change.

I don't think you can change it by yourself, though. I'm going to be honest. That's a lot. I think you need community. I think a coach doesn't hurt. And if nothing else, what I have heard from other people in the half size me community is that listening to Carolina's coaching series actually helped them.

It's a lot to take on on your own, but as a group, as a support system, I think when you have those things, I think anything is possible. So I just want to encourage you do not give up on yourself. I know everybody starts excited in January.
