happens. So what I want to do today is I want to walk you through what I believe is the most ideal, most ideal schedule to help you achieve the goals that you have for 2024.

I don't think it's going to shock you to hear that to me the day starts with an ideal morning routine

Now, I don't know what time you get up. I like to get up super early. I know people that sleep until seven I couldn't imagine it but it's true

whatever time you're getting up today get up a few minutes earlier I promise you
