again by Joe Lample, the Joe behind Joe Gardner.com and the creator of

0:11.4

growing a greener world on PBS which is a nationally

0:14.4

syndicated organic gardening show and on top of that also the creator of the

0:19.2

online gardening academy and his course beginner gardening fundamentals is a fantastic

0:24.6

fantastic way so I guess get your green thumb if you are feeling like you need a

0:29.8

little bit of practice in that arena and I think we could all use a little bit of practice with our green thumbs.

1:24.9

drainage and you're creating the opportunity for the roots to spread out and that's

1:28.4

so important so I would tell you that if we were coming up with a recipe for that I would say,

1:35.0

say, let's talk about raised beds first of all, and let's say 50% of that should be like a high quality

1:41.0

topsoil, basically, and whether you're buying by the bag certainly

1:45.2

there are plenty of options at the garden center for that but if you need more
