Whether you're single or in a relationship, you need to treat yourself and become your own Valentine.

Valentine's Day has a rep where boo-hoo and just everyone gets the sympathy card if you are single. And let me just say,

first off, regardless if you're single or not, Valentine's Day is not about relationships.

Let me rephrase that. Valentine's Day is not about romantic relationships with a significant

other, but it's also a relationship with yourself and love in general. Valentine's Day could be

about love meaning loving your mom, your dad, your friend, your co-workers, strangers, and most

importantly yourself. So you don't need to have a romantic relationship to celebrate Valentine's Day.

So relationship or not, this year is time you become your own

Valentine. There is no better time to truly indulge and do all the self-care things than now.
