I hope whenever you're listening to this, you're having a great day and just remembering your purpose

and point of life because whether we have school, work, or any different type of stress on our

mind, it's hard to remember why we're here and what we're meant to do and not be so wrapped up

in the little things, even though it feels so big at the moment,

it's going to pass. Whatever you're going through will pass. So just remember that. And I love you

if no one has told you that today. I'm very excited about today's episode because today we're going

to talk all about confidence, which is something we all can use a bit more of, whether you are someone who wants to

become a confident woman, a confident man, a confident whatever you identify as, a confident person.

So this is truly just a perfect guide to confidence and not caring about what other people think,

because it's easy to care what other people think

when we are wrapped up in putting people on a pedestal. That's what it is. We put people on a

pedestal even if we don't like them or even if we idolize someone or putting them above us in our

mind and that is only going to make you feel small weak and not securing yourself so

we're going to get in that today but first let's start off with our weekly review this week i have

been trying to catch up on work i feel like it's very easy to get behind you'll have like days

where you feel so caught up then all of a sudden you're like let me take a rest day or two or three and then all of a sudden you just get so behind that was me right now i'm trying to just get fully caught up and work hard something that i mentioned in past episodes kind of like hint towards this, but it is official and time to tell

you guys, but I have just now signed with a new podcast network. It's called Open Mind by Pave Studios,

and I'm just so unbelievably excited. Open Mind has a few other wellness shows, one including

Chloe Kardashian's new podcast, which is very exciting. And I'm just so happy for this new journey. And thanks to you guys for all your support for just bringing me along on this journey. I feel like we're just a family. So when I grow and succeed with the podcast, you are as well.
