You know, we watched Luigi Mangione being in his first New York State court appearance,

and we got to hear him plead not guilty.

Are there lots of things perhaps wrong with this case and more things to come?

There are so many different issues, but does the state have a solid case against the alleged shooter of Brian Thompson, the CEO of United Healthcare?

This case has raised so many different issues, so many people give their opinions in the chat of what they think should happen.

And we'll get into that today. We'll talk about some of the issues. We'll talk about what seems like a dual prosecution, which doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense to us in the police world.

And what we're talking about, of course, is the indictment and the prosecution of Luigi Mangione in New York State courts, and then the federal government intends to charge him

in the federal courts after the state trial is over.

All of that remains to be seen.

But we're going to talk about that tonight.
