You ended up doing military service for Switzerland.

Tell us about that.

How does it all work?

Yeah, I mean, it's a long story. But overall we have,

we have mandatory military service in Switzerland. So all men are technically conscripted. And as

soon as you're 18, you receive a letter, you have to go to recruitment, and there you do two days of tests, and either you fit or you're not.

If you fit, you have to do the military or you have to choose one of the other options.

So if you don't want to do the military, for whatever reason, you can ask to do

civil service. So instead of working in the military, you work, like you have to find your

own job pretty much in a hospital, in administration, something usually social. And you spend a bit more time there as well it's like a

year and a half for the social I mean the civil service but if you do the military it's

300 days something like that.

So about 10 months that you have to spend there.
