People lose so much money because they understand how companies are taken public and what to do with public companies.

And there's so many ways that the hedge falls, the fair offices are making tons of money,

ridiculous returns, taking advantage of entrepreneurs, investors, credited and uncredited,

because they just don't understand how all these people make money and who's paying for that you know if people in a market are making a lot of money

That means somebody's losing a lot of money that's a market There's two sides to every market. And so I have searched from being a CEO of a public company for over 30 years for the right people that understand how to be on right side of taking a company public, of being public and going public and staying public.

And so after traveling world listening for what people are listening for

I had so many questions that people just have no clue and they see things that are just so

untrue about I'm investing in this company because they're going to go public and I'll

say well what does it take to go public on the NASDAQ or on the NED or on the Canadian stock.

I'm not sure you understand what you're investing in,

so how can you align it with your timing and risk tolerance?

So I sought after somebody that I trust with integrity to teach us and to ask

questions of what exactly does this mean?

What should I do?

And so Ennis Capital is a company that's been making

oh 50% returns that make ridiculous. They must know what side of the market to

fall on because I'll tell you one thing about the market, the public market, it sucks

and to find someone who's making money in a shitty market must understand.

Like I said, not everybody loses money in a market.
