Cliff has a fascinating book called Journey Back the Amazing Memories of Individuals through

Past Life Regression. It is a collection of past life regressions involving 27 volunteers.

Hello Cliff and welcome to the past lives podcast. So could you tell us how you first became

involved in past life regressions?

Well, I first got involved kind of by accident because I had a few clients that went to

past life regressions in my regular hypnosis sessions.

I had one client in particular who had come to me for depression and she was very very depressed and

she actually was one of these people that kind of you know held their head down and just when she

came to the session she was going you know I really have no purpose for living and everything and

I thought maybe she was almost on the verge of suicidal, so

it kind of worried me a little bit. But I said, you know, let's go under hypnosis and let's go

back to where this all started. And I expected her to go back to being like a 13-year-old girl

with, you know, teenage problems and everything. And instead, she ends up going, I'm in a farmhouse

in the 1860s, and my husband is fighting in the Civil War for the South. And I'm at the farmhouse,

and I put the baby down in the house, and I go go out and I work on this little garden that we have

and then when I'm done I turn around to go back to get the baby and the house is on fire and the

house burns down the baby dies and I feel so bad about it that I commit suicide and you should have
