It's really kind of you to give us your time.

First of all, could you tell us a little bit about your background?

So, you know, by formal training, I'm a psychotherapist, a marriage and family therapist.

I work in Santa Barbara at the Family Therapy Institute.

But I'm really, as much as I focus on mental health, I really, my practice is focused primarily on end of life,

bereavement, and psychospiritual issues related to those experiences, but actually any experience.

I think that, you know, just based on my own particular experiences, which I'll go into in a moment, but those

experiences that really prepared me to be quite comfortable and receptive to people who are having

any type of extraordinary spiritual experience. And most mental health practitioners really are not
