This week I'm talking to Wendy Rose Williams about her near-death experience, reincarnation, and her book, Regression Healing 1, The Huntsman, the Lord High Mayor and the World War II soldier.

Wendy, thank you very much for coming on to the past lives podcast. It's really kind of you to give us your time.

And I invited you on because I was reading your book and I found it so interesting. So could you tell us about your book? Yes. Well, thanks for

having me here, first of all, Simon. Regression Healing One, the Huntsman, Lord High Mayor and World War II soldier came about because I offered

a friend a session because he was having a lot of physical pain. He had broken his neck

and just had had a lifetime as an athlete. So lots of neck pain, upper back, and really tight shoulders. And so that was

the original impetus to it. And then the book just, the session just took on a life of its own

and just really went so many places because we had had a lot of lives together. And to my surprise,

once we were in session, he started really bringing up a lot of those. And it just gave us

this tremendous opportunity for us to learn to just truly forgive each other for so many

experiences. There have for so many experiences.

There have been so many wonderful ones and there'd been a lot of really challenging ones

too, including the ones that led to his physical pain, what I'd call lifetimes of origin.

You described this session as being the ultimate lesson in forgiveness.

Yes. Yes.

We knew we'd had some lives that I in particular had just not let go of emotionally.

I was having a lot of trouble forgiving him.

And he had some of that same issue with me, too.
