huge drop in the number of agents in real estate. Everyone was anticipating there was going to be

sort of a real estate agent apocalypse. I've heard different people saying different things.

A lot of clickbaity garbage, basically. But the gist of it is year over year, I think you saw

this. The total number of members of National Association of Vultures is down something by like

17,000 agents. And people are wondering why the heck isn't, aren't more agents leaving the business

considering the transaction volume is down and all the normal, you know, things that are happening

as we're in this transitioning market, which by the way, listeners, if you've been listening to us for the last

to me very obvious is because a vast majority of agents in the business are part-time.
