0:41.6	huge drop in the number of agents in real estate. Everyone was anticipating there was going to be
0:46.1	sort of a real estate agent apocalypse. I've heard different people saying different things.
0:50.5	A lot of clickbaity garbage, basically. But the gist of it is year over year, I think you saw
0:55.1	this. The total number of members of National Association of Vultures is down something by like
0:59.7	17,000 agents. And people are wondering why the heck isn't, aren't more agents leaving the business
1:05.4	considering the transaction volume is down and all the normal, you know, things that are happening
1:09.4	as we're in this transitioning market, which by the way, listeners, if you've been listening to us for the last
1:14.4	10 plus years, but specifically the last 24 months, we've been preparing you for this exact
1:18.7	market. But that aside. So why aren't there more agents leaving the business? And the answer
1:22.8	to me very obvious is because a vast majority of agents in the business are part-time.
1:28.4	They have full-time jobs or whatever.
1:30.6	They have other things going on in their lives.
1:32.5	So a lot of folks get their licenses anticipating that they'll need it or maybe an opportunity
1:38.0	pops up or they're going to finally ramp into their dream real estate career, those types
1:42.3	of things.
1:42.6	And those people are not going to leave real estate just because there's fewer sales happening
