We've reached the end of another momentous week in the Republic. We have vanquished our enemies.

We have solved the world's problems and we have asked all the right questions.

Best of all, of course, we have heard some brilliant opinions and great ideas from all of you out there,

the voices of common sense on the only radio station worth listening to at this time

of the day. This morning will be no different. I'll be asking why Britain's most notorious female

paedophile is to be released from prison after serving a sentence of less than 10 years. Guess what?

Apparently, she has convinced the parole board that she has shown remorse for her crimes

and she is no longer a

danger to children. Vanessa George has also done precisely what John Warboys, the black cab rapist,

has done, she's changed her name, so that when she does come out, even though she will

be, of course, subject to all manner of conditions, people will not know who she is.

But let's just recap what she did, this Vanessa George creature.

She abused dozens of babies and toddlers in a nursery,

and she sent pictures of the abuse to perverts and child sex offenders around the country.

Once again, the system has failed the people.

How much more of this are we expected to put up with, for heaven's sake?
