| 0:28.8 | It is humid, it is cloudy, even to the point of foggy, and it is very damp, where I am walking along a trail near my home. |

| 1:02.0 | because there's a little bit of a breeze every now and then it'll shake the moisture off the leaves |

| 1:14.1 | So if I have a slightly startled reaction during our walk, that would be, why, it just happened. |
| 1:23.9 | Rain drops keep falling on my head. You can even hear it, can't you? |
| 1:37.3 | It's actually not raining. It's just the wind knocking the moisture off the trees. |
| 1:46.9 | So, about 15, 20 years ago, I went through a very challenging season at work. |
| 1:55.3 | Some changes were made to my job that were hard for me to take. |
| 1:59.8 | And I even was considering, do I want to keep doing what I'm doing? |
| 2:03.0 | Do I want to keep doing it where I'm working? Do I want to keep working here? And this season lasted for a while. And I'll never forget |
| 2:11.1 | vacation along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. |
| 2:22.4 | Every morning and probably afternoon as well, |
| 2:26.8 | I took long walks along the beach. |
| 2:30.0 | Now, this was well before I had a Fitbit, |
| 2:35.7 | so these walks had nothing to do with getting my steps, |
| 2:40.9 | and they had almost nothing to do with exercise. |
