And you're a left to know me and see radio. Hello everybody welcome to episode 55 of no meat at the radio I'm Matt Frazier with Doug Hay, and today we are talking about

paleo. Paleo versus vegan. What an epic battle. It is an epic battle and that's

what people probably are expecting this to be

Because it seems to me that every vegan podcast has a paleo-bashing episode and I would imagine that every paleo podcast has a vegan bashing episode as well.

But this is probably not going to be that.

And in fact, I think this will probably be a short episode because I don't have that much to say about paleo.

I haven't, I don't know, I haven't been much time

time like trying to dissect it and find the weaknesses and you know to to bolster the

vegan cause because I think the whole I think the whole battle is

ridiculous I think the fact that there is a fight is dumb.

I wish you would have told me that because I sharpen on my knives and came out here fully prepared with armor and everything.

Yeah, dang it. That's okay we can still use it afterwards we can

fool around or something. Sure, Holden would like to have a little fake battle. He would love it if he did.

Put paleo shirt on or something. would be good that could be a viral

YouTube video I think. Okay so paleo I think my my thoughts on paleo and vegan are summed up in a post I wrote about it

called I think it's called why vegans and paleos should stop hating each other

I don't I don't know that we're going to say that much more here that is different from there but I think I think it's

as good to say it. This is not a research heavy episode I wouldn't at all, not that any of our stuff really is.
