Hey folks, thanks for tuning in to another edition of the Paylor Solution Podcast.

Before we get to the fun, here's a quick word from one of our sponsors.

0:08.3

So I first started having trouble sleeping when, I guess I was probably in my late 20s and my boyfriend's sister at the time who was my best friend at 33 was diagnosed with a brain tumor and she had four children under the age of eight at the time and that became a very stressful situation.

I'm not a mother but I have a little taste of what motherly and household and duties and stress of life can happen and I think that's really when my sleep trouble started.

1:24.8

cocktail. And of course I was skeptical as anybody who has really bad sleep issues and

1:29.7

have been you know dependent on pharmaceutical grade products to help them sleep would be.

1:36.7

And I started drinking a sleep cocktail every night and it probably took, I don't know, three or

1:41.7

four nights before it started working and if you have trouble

1:45.4

sleeping and if something helps you sleep especially if it's not bad for you you

1:51.6

want to keep doing that.

1:52.5
