importantly today we have Chris Kresser the investigative medicine guru who's here today to talk to us about having

healthy babies, pregnancy, and ubiquitous and fun breastfeeding.

I told Chris, I'm like, before we got ready to roll, I was like, so are you prepared to

destroy your career? When we press play on this it's all over so it'll be

enjoyable though so you're ready for coming back man like I said it was good while it lasted

it totally I regret nothing.

So folks loved you when you were on here before.

So you know, we're talking about this new product and new system that Chris has put together related to fertility and

dealing with infertility growing a healthy baby having productive

successful breastfeeding and all that. But before we jump into the nuts,

me the nuts and bolts of some of that stuff, my first kind, I just wanted to relate a story one of my first

Observations or kind of you know shocking revelations related to

effective nutrition and and lifestyle and how it can influence fertility when we were in the maybe

two locations previous.

This was when Greg was still with us at at Norcal. We had a client

who was 44, 46 years old I believe had never been able to conceive and started training with us and then out of out of nowhere got

pregnant. It wasn't me. Then it was not great right. You think Greg was not involved in

that similar case and what was interesting was not involved in that case.
