So it's been out for about five months and four months now.

I actually don't listen to podcast because that takes time and you can skim the way you can't.

That actually shows that you have a high degree of, you know,

much higher standards than most folks do. No, I was just going to comment that this thing is usually

run like a country fair in the Ozar, so don't have my expectations for this.

So I don't know if folks know the full extent of your background, you know, some undergraduate work in physics and engineering and then eventually getting in and doing some science journalism writing.

Gary, tell folks a little bit about like just your early interest in science and then

how you transition into journalism and then we'll actually get in and start talking a little bit about the

questions that folks posted and then also a lot of the content and why we get

fat and good calories bad calories. Okay well I was a yeah I was a physics

manager in college I'm not a very good physicist,
