low-carb ketogenic diet could be incredibly powerful in stemming the tide of the type 2 diabetes epidemic that all

And so Dr Hallberg is a key player in this story, an amazing clinician, really a fascinating

She was a high-carb, low-fat Dean Ornish advocate and then when she started really reading the

literature and digging in on what should work and wouldn't work for the you know the problems that she was seeing in a clinical setting that high-carb low-fat

vegan-based diet just wasn't really cutting it and so she iteratively moved towards a lower-carb
