Thank you so much for having me on today. My pleasure so you have a new book out. Can you tell people about your book?

I'm sure it's about a condition you've probably never heard of called Hydrogenitis support Tiva or HS for short.

It's a condition that I battled for over 20 years before I went paleo and found out it had an autoimmune connection and managed to

put myself into remission and I've been in remission now for almost five years

with a paleo diet and some autoimmune tweaks and I wanted to help other people out because

there's just so much misinformation out there and there are people that are suffering really,

really bad.

So I sat down and started writing until I had a pretty good guide for people to be able to heal themselves and there you go.

Well, you know, the name of the book is The Hidden Plague. I've got to say you should have

probably picked somebody besides that limp weeny Rob Wolf to do the forward for

the book though. I mean right I know. Auto immune stuff I mean that's just

crazy so you know give people um I know virtually

everybody who listen to this podcast is going to know you but they may not know
