Greg and I oftentimes spend many minutes spinning out even differently than what we do during the podcast actually trying to get our

Gear which is actually kind of top-end gear but it still doesn't really interface with

garage band the way that we would like or anything like that but what was me yeah well

we'll figure it out true we get it So anything new anything exciting?

Just put out the trailer to American weightlifting which is a documentary you've been

working on for about fudge over two years now.

Nice and so finally kind of circling around towards completion and so put that little teaser out yesterday and people seem

excited about it I'm excited about it now it's just a matter of getting it wrapped

up the way I want it to be done. Cool, cool, I dig it.

Nothing new here other than the sun is out.

I actually got outside and got a tan yesterday and shockingly I feel incredibly more motivated today so I really you know I keep

Threatening that when the weather gets bad that I'm gonna do a tanning booth

You know maybe three times a week, like five minute wax.

And the next time the weather goes bad, I'm going to do it.

Like it's not as bad as what it was in Chico,

because we do get more sun here,

and it doesn't sock in quite the same way as it does Chico, but I mean literally one day of sunlight and I'm motivated and I've got some good ideas and all the rest of that so I do better with the sun I need to convince

Nicky to definitely we need to move equatorily more more quickly than what the

current timeline is there you you go. Yeah.
