You've been on all the big stuff and so I hope that this isn't a, like a Henry Winkler kind of

of gig of going on the skid, so.

Whatever, man. I'm really happy here, man you here man everybody tells me you guys are the the

podcast to be on so I feel like I'm in the presence of royalty so it's we're just

way more birthday party than physics class at this time.

And it's a clear sign of a lack of talent in the vertical, so yeah.

Cool. Yeah. Well, Mike, you know, you had me on your podcast what I guess it's been a month or two now right?

Yep and had a great time doing that and so now we get a chance to pick your brain instead of putting me on the spot.

So it's kind of like picking the brain of the straw man, but that sounds good to me.

We love having people on here because it gives us a chance to not sound like idiots for a little while.

And so, but first of all why don't you just give people some background on yourself and you know tell us how you got into the industry and

and what you're currently doing I know you have a gym out there and is it Indianapolis

right yeah yeah and kind of let people know what you do because either if they're not familiar with you

which they should be of course that'd be great but if they are familiar with it
