Although I'm pretty sure that my not drinking coffee at all this week is not working.

Was this kind of an adrenal relocation program kind of gig or what? Yes, one of the several I've tried of the last couple of years. And I'm pretty sure that I've slept worse without drinking

coffee this whole week. Yeah I can see you being a paradoxical responder.

Uppers or downers and vice versa. So you're telling me I need to go drink a bunch of coffee right now?

Probably.

Yes.

I'm also of the opinion that a better lived life that is shorter is better than a longer

live life that sucks.

So how is the relocation, the total body life relocation.

Oh man, it's in process.

So what, last week I was in Reno and we did the podcast,

or I recorded from here, then I spent a week in Chico, and we've got a couple of new hire prospects that are looking really good, and now I'm back in Reno.

Gonna fly back to New Mexico, take two days to pack up the wife, the gato, and a few goodies, and

uh, drive back out to Reno and set up shop.

So it's a, it's kind of a whirlwind. I'm ready to be in one spot for a long time and curtail

my travel schedule and call it

makes a big difference on the quality of life. I can tell you that.

Indeed. When I stopped doing travel seminars I instantly got happier.
