The series creators knew that the first season was kind of lost in the shuffle when it ran on Comedy Central.

Now with Season 2, the critically beloved show

is a lot easier to find. It all happened completely independent of us. We just got a phone call

one day. You get a phone call saying, guess what? You're on HBO Max? Honestly, basically. Kind of.

Kind of, yeah. Chris Kelly and Sarah Schneider, former Saturday Night Live headwriters and creators of the other two,

tell us how they chose which celebrities to skewer and why they have no qualms about including

a lot of un-euphemistic sex talk in their show.

Hi there.

So just at the end of August, you know, all of the studios sent executives and representatives

to Las Vegas to talk to theater owners.

This was supposed to be an affirmation of the importance of

theaters. Everybody talked about how committed they are to theaters. They showed a reel of Tom

Cruz doing a stunt in Mission Impossible, and the crowd went wild because they love Tom Cruise movies.

And so that was all well and good, but now Paramount has said they are pushing Top Gun,
