Well, I love these kind of random history questions because it's not something I've ever come across in reading.

I didn't know, so I have to dig into this.

When I think of the High Five, I think of an episode of Seinfeld, where a lanes boyfriend, David Puddy,

is constantly going up for a High Five. He's working as a used car salesman,

and punctuates almost the end of every positive encounter with people with, so it's great, High Five.
