Many of you will know of John Hague, sometimes known as the acid bath murderer,

who killed six people in the last century, dissolving their bodies in acid.

He believed that if there was no body, then it would be hard for him to be convicted.

But he was proved wrong in this assertion, and he met his death at the gallows.

Today we'll look at another case of murder when there was nobody found.

But this time, our story comes from the Midlands.

So before we begin, let's set some context to today's story.
