0:42.8	I was standing under the water, lined completely empty.
0:48.4	Steam everywhere, and a sentence arrived fully formed.
0:53.4	A sentence that was entirely outside of my own thinking.
0:56.6	It just appeared in my awareness.

1:02.1	Somewhere else, delivered complete.
1:05.0	And just followed by another and another.
1:07.5	By the time I got out of the shower, I was dripping wet, standing in the bathroom,
1:11.9	typing into my phone as fast as I could, because the transmission kept coming and I knew,
1:16.5	I knew in my body that I was going to forget it and that what was coming through was important.
1:24.3	That was the first time. Since then, it's happened repeatedly and always in the same way always as a form of
1:31.3	automatic writing i sit down to do an episode and then suddenly as i quiet my mind they come through
1:38.5	my fingers i type i barely read what i'm, the sentences arrive faster than I can think them.
1:47.8	The idea is connecting ways my conscious mind would never organize them.
1:54.6	Entire paragraphs pour out in minutes, fully structured.
1:58.8	Shower keeps being a primary channel.
