with. And as you probably already figured out, you never arrive in business. You must continually

refine in the mastering of key skills. As soon as you stop growing, you rot and wither away.

So let me say something that might land a little hard.

If you're being honest with yourself, some of what I described has already been happening

in your business. You've probably already hired somebody whose AI polished resume

looked better than their actual capability. You've probably already lost a decision or

delayed one because you had too much information and not enough conviction. You probably already

watched somebody on your team outsource their thinking to a tool and produce something that

looked good on the surface but had no depth underneath. And you might not have even recognized

that it was happening at the time. Okay, that's not failure. That's the

operator's gap, the gap between where you are and where you could be operating if you had the
