Summary
The 2023 CrossFit Games season is finally here, and to kick off the season we recorded our first studio show from our new studio. Sean's on the road and getting ready to call the 23.1 live announcment. Tommy is joined in the studio by Annie Sakamoto and special guests from the road. Lauren Kalil joins from CrossFit East Nashville where she's been with the PRVN fitness team. Brian breaks down his worldwide ranking system, and Sean gives us a vibe check from the Caja Magica in Madrid.
