But… I think what you need to realize is that you are not a human-DOING… you are a human BEING. This takes practice to truly get your mindset, and your body into a place of truly “being”... So that you can finally stop holding yourself back. I know this may sound crazy, but if you stay with me here and implement the practices that I outline in this episode then you will find that you start to have some MASSIVE transformations and breakthroughs almost immediately after you stop resisting your being.
