Hey guys, welcome to another episode of Inside Anna's Mind. It is episode five. I know I missed last

week's episode, which, to be fair, I think I let myself down the most, but at the same time,

I think it was almost meant to be that I couldn't do the episode because in episode four,

my last one, I talked about how the fact that I'm trying to release those pressures

that I give myself and that I can allow myself to have time off or, you know, when things

stress me out, actually just stand back from it and be like, okay, give yourself a break or you just

can't do this one. So I kind of set that in episode four and then two days later I was supposed to record

my next episode, get it out, get the ball rolling and I just couldn't. I had too much stuff going on.

So it kind of tested me to see, are you living up to always what you said in your podcast?

And it was actually pretty rewarding in terms of I let myself just be okay with not posting it, which for me,

it's very hard because I struggle to let go of control, especially in terms of work.

And that is actually what we're going to be talking about today on this episode, and that is

letting go in order to grow, which is something that has really resonated with me recently, and I have
