Do you ever ask yourself, why is this happening?

Or why is this happening to me?

I think it's really easy to ask ourselves, this question,

I certainly hear it a lot as a life coach and I just I

understand where the question comes from because so much in life can seem utterly

random but I think there is a better question. One that's

going to put you in a place of confidence and a place of steadiness and in this creative place to come up with your own solutions versus asking you know

why me why me why is this happening I believe one of my core beliefs is that we live in a friendly

universe and that life happens for us and that life is responding to us.

We don't live in this evil universe

where we're always being tested

and there are evil forces out to get us

and it's really dangerous and unsafe out there.

That is not my belief. It was Einstein who said that the

most decision we can ever make is whether we live in a friendly or a hostile

universe. And in my heart, at my purest level of understanding

and interpreting my life experience, I know that we live in a friendly universe. Only love is real. The purest best

highest parts of us are loving. They are clear. They are aligned. They are pure.

Look at the baby entering the world. There's a lot that we learn along the way that isn't helpful that's so ego-based, but it's so easy, right,

when life goes wrong to think, you know, why is this happening to me or, you know, I don't understand, you know why why me why now why this as your

podcasting life coach I would like to offer you a different question.
