and you're like us, your core manager tool may have gotten a little bit stale.

Here we go. Well, I'm sure you know a lot of managers like I do where for years sometimes for

years doing one-on-ones you're getting good results or else you wouldn't keep

doing them right so right right Every once in a while, myself, you, friends,

associates, it's good to just step back and reset, kind of revisit the whole thing and improve the effectiveness of them.

Yeah, you know, I think, yeah, you get a little bit stale maybe and there's nothing wrong with being comfortable with such a systemic behavior that it's really a second nature.

That's a good thing, right?

You, as we say when we deliver the feedback model, we say you should know it for for American managers it's

like the Pledge of Legion so everybody knows it and you just take it for granted the

process of it is has taken for granted it it fades into the background right but

I should just clarify myself a little bit

because I'm not saying at all that they've gotten off track

or have gradually become ineffective at it.

I'm not saying that at all, right?

Yeah, no, no, no, I agree yeah it's good to be comfortable

and yet as you say it's nice to reset you know you get comfortable with a core

behavior and it makes you forget how to be your very best at it, right?
