We've got a lot to talk about today.

The Olympics wrapped up over the weekend.

We've only got three years until we head to Paris

for the next Summer Olympics and six months

until the Winter Olympics coming up this winter.

It's going to be here before we know it.

But of course, this podcast is dedicated to cycling.

And so that's what we're going to talk about today.

We've got most of the normal crew. Everybody except James.

James seems like an integral part of the normal crew to be honest.

I mean he's one of the original crew right the original

crew was me and him and Neil Rogers right so I guess only one of the

original crew is actually here. How is everybody? Abby, how are you? Yeah, I'm

great. I got this shiny ring on my finger now.

Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. You were off last week.

We missed you on the podcast, but you had better things to be doing.

I really did.

I honestly didn't even think about you guys once.
