Both Ohio and Indiana held primary elections on Tuesday.

JD Vance won the marquee race of the evening.

The highly competitive Ohio Senate Republican primary.

He was endorsed by former president Trump late in the game, which appeared to give him

a boost amongst Ohio Republicans.

We're recording at about a quarter past 10 with 80% of the vote in.

He's at around 30% of the vote.

Josh Mandel trails him at 24% and Matt Dullin is at 22%.

So as you can tell, clearly a very divided race, which we're going to get into, he will face

Democratic Congressman Tim Ryan in the general this fall.

Of course, the other news is that Monday night, Politico published a leaked draft opinion

in the Mississippi abortion case facing the Supreme Court.

The draft showed a majority of the justices, five conservatives in favor of overturning

Grovy Wade's president of a constitutional right to abortion.

Chief Justice John Roberts said that while the draft is authentic, it does not represent

a final decision or a final vote by any member.

This news has nonetheless ricocheted across the country.

We're going to talk about what it could mean in practice and in politics.
