It is so lovely to be back.

I say that with absolutely zero sarcasm.

I know I tweeted an apology and an update, just the past few weeks we have had a cold

there just bounced between the five of us and my family.

It was like my youngest would be sick, and then my oldest, and then the middle, and then

my wife, and then me, and even myself, I still have a little bit of congestion, and I

tried a couple of times to sit down and record, and I just couldn't get through it ever

so without some level of like coughing, fit, or interest in sound right, or for, yeah first,

I didn't sound right, and I thought that would be enough of a deterrent, but then I just

couldn't get through episode without having some kind of issue, so it is very nice to

give me back, and at the same time, this week, especially the entire week, I just had

this urge to record and have a show, publish and have a show, and spread what my mission

is here, because I know that I said last November, time frame around this was one of the

hardest, most challenging periods of my life, and I got to tell you this week, topped

that unfortunately, so hoping that everybody else is just do it all right, as always I appreciate

the kind words that you are sending in, you know, DM, Twitter DMs, and the kind tweets,

so thank you so much, and I'm looking forward to getting back on my hot streak here, and continuing
