Hello there, Dundermedlinites and welcome back to another episode of the Office ASMR podcast to fall asleep to relax to and enjoy while you're falling asleep.

0:29.0

Tonight's episode is season 5, episode 9, frame tome, and I'm seeing here that it is the 81st episode overall, which would mean that we've been together for at least 85 episodes because I've done enough bonus episodes.

0:54.0

I can't remember how many have actually published. I'm going to guess it's 3 or 4. I'm going to guess it's 4, maybe 3.

1:04.0

That would mean 85 episodes of the Office ASMR. Pretty, pretty cool. That was always.

1:12.0

Your feedback is Muto appreciated. I didn't get one recently. I mean, I get a lot, but I got one recently where the audio on recent episodes seems to be louder.

1:31.0

And so I am looking into that. I slightly changed my process. I mean, my entire workflow was adjusted when we moved, but I slightly changed the process on how I was producing the episodes.

1:49.0

And I did my best to try and keep audio levels and trying to keep as much of a consistent as possible. But even if that's not the case, if that is not the case, I'm going to fix it.

2:04.0

And what's nice is I can, you know, just re-upload the episodes in the background. It won't really affect anything, but I want to have a nice consistent experience as everybody rolls through the different seasons and rolls through the series.

2:25.0

Because that's what it's all about. Consistency, comfort, and sleep. And as I mentioned on the last episode, I also can bring back the routine aspect of the episode, which would be more around, you know, getting yourself into your comfortable sleep state, making sure you have your headphones, headphones, wires.

2:54.0

Not applicable, but either wireless headphones, small speaker, a phone. There was another piece of feedback that mentioned the episodes are very quiet because somebody sleeps with ear plugs.

3:14.0

I don't know that I can, I don't know that I have a solution there for you because I can't really blast the episodes in order to overcome ear plugs, but, yeah, I know, fortunately.

3:33.0

One of the gadgets that I've always wanted is Bose makes these headphones. I mean, let me tell you, when I discovered sleep podcasts, it was when I was traveling a lot.

3:50.0

I was traveling hundreds of thousands of miles a year from my old job flying everywhere all the time, constantly hotels. And Bose makes these sleep buds, which go inside your ear, either their low profile.

4:11.0

Now they go in flush because like one of the issues, like I sleep with, you know, an old pair of AirPods and little stems stick out. And actually I just switched pillows, which has helped because the pillow is a little bit more amenable to my ear pushing in and then having, you know, the stems are really hurt.

4:36.0

The sleep buds go like inside your ear and they are Bluetooth and they are noise cancelling as Bose is one to be. They're wireless, of course.

4:48.0

But they also will play white noise. And what I was the only, literally the only reason I did not pull the trigger on getting them when I wanted them when I was traveling a lot is because I couldn't play on their audio through there.

5:03.0

Like, yeah, white noise is one thing, but I wanted to play sleep podcasts. I wanted a completely in ear headphone. Now those kind of exist now, you know, wireless, complete in ear headphones. I know there's other companies that have made them.

5:20.0

You know, when it comes to the AirPods, what I think is amazing is what I'll never forget is the opening scene of a Ryan Reynolds movie. I don't even remember what the movie was. I think it was the name.

5:34.0

That's funny. The name of the movie was definitely maybe. I want to say that's what it was. And in the beginning of the movie, this is like mid-2000s. Ryan Reynolds, I think it's Ryan Reynolds. Now I'm second guessing every detail of this because so people are going to hear it.

5:54.0

He had true wireless headphones in part of the opening scene with the fact that he was like walking through the city with these wireless headphones. And for years, those didn't exist for like 10 plus years.

6:10.0

I was a very early adopter of like Bluetooth headphones at all. Back, this is when, you know, the little single ear Bluetooth were very cool and then they became very douchey. Or maybe they were always very, maybe they were always that way, I don't really know.

6:30.0

But there was an era of Bluetooth headphones where you were completely wireless, but they were still over the year, right? I have all these pictures from, you know, 2009, 2010, where I was a wireless Bluetooth headphone boy.
