I almost forgot how the intro went because it has been weeks since I've recorded a new episode,

but I'm so happy to be back in your ears helping you fall asleep. Thank you for your patience,

the last I did. I missed the last two weeks of uploading because of some absolute crazy headaches,

but I'm back. And so thank you for your patience. I missed those. I actually blew right past the

one-year anniversary of the podcast. Last November, I believe the ninth was the first episode. And so

thank you. I literally cannot believe how well this has been received, the positive comments

and feedback that you have sent in and the iTunes reviews, the five stars. My goodness,

how how amazing. So thank you for your patience as I went through the move and a little bit of

delays. I will save I will spare you the awful details because tonight we have a super sized

episode. Tonight is season four episode five. So these episodes were technically double

episodes. So the last episode and the feed is correct. I did not skip one, but this is episode five,

which is launch party. And you know, I always say about setting your sleep timers in 20 minutes

and so make sure all that stuff is set. And if you do like these longer episodes, of course,

as you as you may know. But I don't want you to do any of that now. Tonight right now is just about

getting cozy, relaxing, and going to sleep. So we're going to start off with the episode because

this is one of the classic cold opens that I'm telling you. I've said it before. Season four is

one of the pinnacles of the show because we start off in the conference room. Everybody fixated

on the TV, not even listening to Michael waiting for the DVD logo to hit the corner of the TV.
