Hello there and under Miffel Knights and welcome back to another episode of The Office ASMR,

a sleepy time podcast to enjoy, relax, fall asleep, and just help you fall asleep. That's

what is all about the first many episodes of the show. I talked a lot about why I was

doing this and who it's for and I would give reminders on headphones and sleep timers,

but I'm curious how much of that you would want to hear continue because the way that

looks or from the feedback that I've received sounds like everybody has listened to the earlier

episodes. I mean if you're if you're a completist like me, that's probably the case. And so let me

know what makes what is the type of intro that you enjoy in these little preembles. Now I've had

a couple of very long episodes recently. Next week episode is a mega episode. It's going to be

very long and then season four has a ton of long episodes. So whatever format you want me to get

to once the mega episodes are through, let me know because the show is shaped by feedback as I

have also said before. Now tonight we're getting into I want to stop myself from saying that these

episodes are classic but the beach games, beach games is a classic episode. A lot of good memes,

gifts, quotes, come from this episode. It's it is one of the great ones. This one directed by

Harold Ramesh. I did a little tweet storm action about season three a couple weeks ago. See if you

go back on Twitter. I just talked about some of the incredible directors we had in season three,

including Harold Ramesh and including JJ Abrams. And then of course series regulars Ken Quapis.

And the usual stable. And this episode aired on May 10th of 2007. So this was right towards the end

of season three obviously one more episode after this. And then season four was a little bit weird

because of the writer's strike and everything else. And you know maybe in a couple of weeks I just

listened to the rap episode of the oral history of the office which is episode 11. I got one more
