So as we talk about take the plunge tonight, we are turning the page of balance for last

week.

And I just want to say as a parenthesis as we begin, last week's message is a core message

for the people of God going forward.

And that's not about the fact that it was from Passion City Church.

But last week we talked about getting out of the Kitty Pool and moving on into deeper

waters with Jesus.

But the picture, kind of going to stay in my mind forever, and I hope with you as well,

because this is not what Christ is dreaming about for you and me.

He's really not thinking that he came all the way from heaven to earth, gave his life

fully and completely, was raised from the dead for crying out loud so that you and I

could live in 11 inches of spiritual bliss.

And he was thinking about a powerful, transforming life that is possible to us because of Christ

and because of the Spirit.

I loved it last week.

I had a chance to go and open the special session of the Senate last Monday morning, early,

got down to the state Capitol and walked into the Lieutenant Governor's office who I had

met many, many years ago, but not recently.

And he said, hey, I heard Passion City was great last night.

I heard about the Kitty Pool already.
