very life changing, which was the OCD camp which was only a week ago.

0:26.4

1:29.5

into everyday life and use. So I got six of the campers on to talk about their experience and I asked

1:36.3

them a few key questions around kind of what was their highlight, you know, what was it

1:41.3

compared to what they expected, what did did they learn would they do it again and then the fun question at the end

1:46.1

is what would you tell you 20 year old self so it's great to hear their answers to that and some of the key things that came up was

1:52.4

that was shared by several of the campers was this idea of not feeling alone.
